Meet Dr. Avery Gil

Dr. Avery Gil was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas, with a BS in Biology. Dr. Gil then attended dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in Houston, Texas. Because of her outstanding academic and clinical achievement, Dr. Gil was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, an honor society recognizing top students. From Houston, Dr. Gil completed a 30-month orthodontic residency program in Oklahoma City. She has been practicing orthodontics in Austin, Texas, for the past seven years.

Now, Dr. Gil is happy to be joining Hulme Orthodontics

and serving patients back in her hometown area of San Antonio! Dr. Gil and her husband Andy are the parents of two children, a son and a daughter. In addition to her professional work and family life, Dr. Gil enjoys listening to Taylor Swift and watching sports of all kinds, especially her favorite San Francisco 49ers.
