It's great when you already know as a patient that if there's a concern, you're in good hands. My name is Andrea, and I want to say that Dr. Hulme has truly been the very best orthodontist. When a patient perceives they are receiving competent care from a very knowledgeable health care provider, who also has state of the art equipment and resources, their stress level is dramatically reduced. This was the experience we had with Dr. Hulme. Plus, the quality of our new retainers is exceptional; I realized this should have been done much sooner. Dr. Hulme went well above and beyond in the overall process to also address important details and do corrections and adjustments that will make a huge difference moving forward. For this I particularly am deeply grateful. He and his team are truly generous, kind, patient, careful and considerate --- rare qualities that are hard to find these days!!

Dr. Hulme and his staff were great from start to finish with my treatment plant and the quality of care I received was phenomenal. From text messages to remind you of your appointment, to the attentive staff, to Dr. Hulme answering questions and never making you feel rushed it was truthfully a great experience. I cannot say enough positive things about them. I highly recommend anybody seeking orthodontia treatment to give these guys a visit. You won’t be disappointed. I know I wasn’t. The girls recently got braces installed, and the process was much smoother than we expected! The orthodontist and staff made sure I was comfortable and explained every step along the way. The installation itself was quick and surprisingly painless, and they gave us great tips on how to care for their teeth and manage any discomfort. While adjusting to braces can take some time, they’re already seeing improvements in their smile.

I’ve never written a review in my life, so this should say how amazing the service here has been so far. I’ve never been to a kinder dentist’s office. Teresa & Lily were so funny, answered all my questions & listened to my concerns, Dr. Ray patiently explains every step of his process before going into it, the woman who took off my braces (didn’t get her name unfortunately) was very gentle & sweet, and Roxanne was professional and made me feel comfortable. I have a bit of dentist anxiety, but I never felt judged, always felt respected, was comfortable enough to ask many questions, and didn’t feel like a bother. Overall amazing team. If you’re thinking about scheduling here, this is your sign to do it!

I’m very very pleased with the results of getting braces at Hulme Orthodontics in my 40’s! Lol. My parents couldn’t afford such when I was younger. All the staff (Brie is probably my favorite) excel in communication, friendliness and of course expertise. I wonder if they realize how much their work builds up others’ lives, self esteem and confidence. They took great care of my 2 teen sons as well! Gorgeous smiles all around. We moved to San Antonio only 3 months after my daughter got her braces on in New York. I was worried about finding a place that would work with what she had already had done as well as finding someone who would work with us on the financial side too. We went to Dr. Hulme based off of a recommendation on a military spouse page on Facebook and it was the best decision. He worked with the braces she already had and didn't charge us more than what we had already agreed to pay with the other provider. My daughter ended up needing some dental surgery and Dr. Hulme guided us to an amazing surgeon and then provided the continued care she needed so that her smile would be the best it could be. It's been a long process but Dr. Hulme has made it as enjoyable as possibe. Even with all the patients he sees daily, he always remembers us and has a kind word or a joke to put my daughter at ease as the care she needed was often quite painful. We are near the end of her orthodontic journey just in time for my youngest to need braces and we will be using Dr. Hulme again!

Dr. Hulme and his team are amazing. Everyone is patient and kind. Dr. Hulme is so knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me. I battle with nighttime jaw clinching. He corrected the fit of my night guard from my dentist which fixed so many problems by just doing that. Then he made me a minimal tooth movement piece that fixed the alignment of some teeth. This has helped me not wear down my enamel. This has helped my bite 100%. Thank you Dr. Hulme for everything!

After 19 years of diligence, I accidentally threw away my retainer when I was tired. I panicked and called around town, and nobody would take me same day because I am not from San Antonio and my dental work was done 20 years ago with somebody else. Dr Hulme’s team stepped up in my distress and supported me to get a replacement same day. And because I had a Hawley retainer, Dr Hulme specially designed one to replace the one I threw away. He was so kind and did such an amazing job! I got a better retainer than the one I lost! I almost wish my teeth got overcrowded again so I could come back for their service but thankfully that did not happen. Unless I get in a fight and take a brick to the mouth, I won’t be able to do anything but share how wonderful this office is, and how I highly recommend Dr Hulme’s practice to everyone!

We visit most of the Hulme Orthodontics locations for appointments (they have 6 offices to choose from, which is so convenient), but my daughter definitely wanted to have her braces taken off at Braceland. They made her feel so special. She was able to push the music button and celebrate, and the whole office lit up with disco lights. Bri made my daughter’s experience in the chair so comfortable, and they also taught her how to take care of her retainer. I love the modern scanner they used to take 3D scans of her finished straight teeth—no more biting into a mouthful of clay to make a retainer! We’ll be back soon for my son. Thanks Dr. Hulme!

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit to Hulme Orthodontics! I needed a retainer made, and they accomplished that quickly and professionally. Everyone in the office was kind and friendly, which made me feel very welcome as a new patient. They sympathized with me when I told them about a recent negative experience I’d had at another orthodontist in the city; that compassion is meaningful even for a relatively minor concern. Dr. Ray was nice and informative in my brief visit, and Brianna and Michelle were outgoing and knowledgeable. Brenda, the records specialist, demonstrated great practices for a healthcare professional while she was doing the scans to make my retainer: she narrated what she was doing while taking the scans (e.g., explaining why she was doing certain things and how they would feel, telling me how much longer it would take), which helps patients feel comfortable while receiving care. I picked up my retainer just a couple hours later, and they gave me the model of my teeth to make it easy to get retainers made in the future. Even after one visit, the friendliness, professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work I experienced there make it easy for me to recommend them for others’ orthodontic care!

We love Hulme Ortho! Today we visited with my 11-year-old. They scheduled us before school, which was so convenient. Stacy is gentle working in the tight spaces around my son’s gums. She took care to give him the colors he wanted on his braces, ask him about school, and give him points in his Hulme rewards app. Dr. Ray is so good at telling us what to expect at our next appointment and where we are in the process. This is the best orthodontist clinic I’ve ever been to. Dr. Hulme is extremely patient, nice and professional with his clients. I lost my teeth tray, but he immediately ordered another new one for me and asked his staff to ship to me. I received my new teeth tray 7 days later after I called them, even if I don’t live in SA but live in TN. I can finally smile with confidence after 2.5 years. Wow! Dr.Hulme really goes above and beyond. A few years ago I finished with my braces and opted for the permanent retainers. On Christmas Eve part of my retainer had broke from my choice of food- on a whim I called and left a message- expecting a response during regular business hours due to the holidays-However, it was incredible- Hulme Orthodontics reached out to make sure I wasn’t in any discomfort or pain and was able to be scheduled quickly to fix my retainer, all the while being professional and courteous! DR. Luecke is a fantastic orthodontist and not a hound dog. You just can't help falling in love with him. My three kids have been seeing him for the last 10+ years. I've been seeing Dr. Hulme for 3 years and I have now been to all 4 locations. I recently moved to 2.5 hrs away in the middle of my treatment and still travel every 3-4 weeks for follow-ups because he is just that wonderful. He and his staff are by far, THE BEST!!!! I had a consultation at Braceland Orthodontics yesterday. I was concerned about some changes in my bite, etc. and asked my dentist about recommending someone. I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Luecke was quick to answer all my questions, and I am so pleased and excited about the plan for my teeth! I had braces as a young child, but they have shifted over the years in places. I will be using the Invisiline product. I have a girlfriend (we are both in our 60's) who had this same thing done through another orthodontist in town last year or so. She was very pleased with the outcome. I am nervous about starting the process, but the staff is so kind and helpful I'm sure I will feel comfortable about it. I cannot stress enough the importance of taking care of your teeth, and as a child, I was so grateful that my mom had this done for me. It's so important not only for health of the mouth, but self esteem. Thank you, Dr Luecke for having such a beautiful and high tech office for your patients. It is truly amazing what can be done now. DR. Hulme is Awesome and very patient. He is always smiling and in great spirits. The prices are reasonable, and they have a payment plan. The staff is also very helpful and nice!
