He is not only an excellent orthodontist, but also an exceptionally kind, considerate, humble, honest, and genuinely caring person. I am incredibly grateful that Dr. Hulme accepted me as a transfer patient last year. From the beginning, he listened carefully to my concerns, took my questions and preferences into consideration, and did everything he could to accommodate my needs and help me achieve the results I was hoping for. He is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, realistic, and genuinely committed to helping his patients. He always took the time to explain treatments and adjustments clearly so I could understand and stay informed throughout my care. What impressed me most was his communication and willingness to go above and beyond. He was very responsive whenever I had questions, including when I reached out by email, and he would provide detailed explanations and offer to have me come into the office whenever an adjustment was needed. He even came in on his day off when I had my braces removed, which truly demonstrated how dedicated he is to his patients. I can be very particular about certain things, but Dr. Hulme was always patient, understanding, and willing to work with me. I truly appreciate that. He helped me improve the results I wanted while also giving me honest and realistic advice. I always felt that my satisfaction was his priority, and he made it clear that he wanted me to be happy with the outcome we’re trying to achieve. I also never felt pressured into unnecessary treatment. In fact, there were times when he honestly mentioned why going back into braces might not be worth the additional expense. His honesty and genuine concern for his patients made a lasting impression on me. I have seen several orthodontists, and I can honestly say that Dr. Hulme exceeded my expectations. He is truly one of a kind. I only wish I had started my treatment with him from the beginning. Even after completing my treatment last year, he continued to be responsive and helpful when I reached out regarding MTM retainers. I am still so thankful that he accepted me as a transfer patient. He truly cares about his patients, listens to their concerns, and does everything he can to make sure they are happy with their results. I am also very thankful to his staff for their kindness, care, and exceptional service throughout my experience. I sincerely and highly recommend Dr. Hulme to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Based on my experience, he is the best in San Antonio. His dedication, integrity, compassion, and commitment to his patients are truly commendable. Although I didn’t get any treatment done, I was very happy and grateful for Dr. Michael L. Roberts for giving me the advice needed for my dental plus given my anxiety about dental visits he was able to give me peace of mind

100% professional staff and MD. Last visit I inquired about a friend’s child who has Medicaid. Asked Dr. Hulme if he accepts this insurance. Dr. Hulme said…Tell the mother to bring the child in. Warmed my heart because not all MD’s accept these patients. Top notch care🥰

Very Happy with our experience with Braceland in San Antonio. We definitely made the right choice to get our daughter’s braces here. The staff and the dentist are all professional and friendly and welcoming.

We initially went to Hulme to receive a recommendation on what to do about an impacted tooth. The Doctor made my 12 year old laugh and comfortable and that’s very had to do. When we walked out she said, “he’s funny and I wish he could be my dentist” lol. I highly recommend!!!

I love Dr Hulme and his staff!! They are super friendly, courteous and really care for the need(s) of the patient. I especially love that Dr Hulme came in after hours, on a weekend to adjust my daughter’s retainer. He explains every process and what to expect next. An awesome experience; super professional !!!
