“I recently saw Dr. Beitchman because I was concerned I needed new retainers after dropping mine and piece chipping off. I was originally a patient of his from 2004-2006 while I had braces. The staff remembered me from many years ago and were very kind. Dr. Beitchman examined my retainers and they were fixed instantly without me having to get a new set. For my retainers to have lasted 15 years so far and still be in good condition after I dropped them demonstrates the skill and expertise of Dr.Beithchman and his team. They did have some technical difficulties the day i went, however that didn’t stop them from delivering exceptional service. They explained everything step by step and what to look forward to.
