Your First Visit
Your first visit to Hulme Orthodontics is an exciting step toward achieving the smile you’ve always wanted! From the moment you arrive, our friendly team will make you feel welcome and at ease. We’ll take the time to get to know you, answer your questions, and walk you through what to expect.
During your visit, you’ll meet with one of our board-certified orthodontists, who will perform a thorough examination and discuss your goals. We’ll take any necessary X-rays or photos to get a complete picture of your smile, and then we’ll review your personalized treatment options. Whether you’re exploring Invisalign, braces, or other orthodontic solutions, we’ll explain everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
Our goal during your first visit is to help you feel informed, comfortable, and excited about starting treatment. We want you to leave our office with a clear plan, all your questions answered, and confidence that you’ve chosen the right team for your orthodontic journey!
Patient Forms
At Hulme Orthodontics, we make getting started simple and stress-free. Once you request an appointment, we’ll send you the necessary patient forms to complete ahead of your visit. This ensures we have everything we need to make your first appointment smooth and efficient. Completing your forms in advance also helps us focus on what matters most—getting to know you and starting your journey to a beautiful smile!
Patient Rewards

Our Patient Rewards Hub is designed to recognize and reward our patients’ hard work through orthodontic cooperation, academic achievement, community involvement, and much more.
Earning, tracking, and redeeming your Orthobucks has never been this easy! On the Patient Rewards Hub, all your Orthobucks are awarded to you on your reward card and stored in your account. Redeem your Orthobucks for a variety of gift cards through the Patient Rewards Hub app at any time! Turn in your old printed Orthobucks, and we will add them to your new rewards account.
Log in to the Patient Rewards Program or download the Patient Rewards Hub app on your mobile device below. Enter the username and temporary password located on the back of your card. Join the fun by participating in online and in-app contests, taking surveys, and leaving reviews, and you can earn extra Orthobucks for doing so.
Tooth Fairy Card
The Tooth Fairy Card is a great way to keep track of the way you lose teeth. It will teach you the names of the teeth, it will show you which teeth you should lose by which age, and it will tell you when to come in for your first orthodontic evaluation. When you put your teeth under your pillow at night for the Tooth Fairy, keep track on your Tooth Fairy Card!
Our goal with this program is to educate as many people in our community as possible about when it is the right time to come in for your first orthodontic evaluation. We want to make that experience fun for everybody, which is why we have created this Tooth Fairy Card. Keep losing baby teeth, keep track of the teeth you lose, and come see us for our free gift to you!
Eight is Great & Twelve is Swell
Here at Hulme Orthodontics, we have two sayings: Eight is Great and Twelve is Swell! Many people think you have to wait until all permanent teeth are in before starting orthodontics, but about 20% of eight-year-olds would benefit from early intervention. It is the perfect age for an orthodontist to take a first look! Around twelve years old is when all the baby teeth have been lost and comprehensive orthodontic treatment can begin.
Eight is Great
Most children lose their first eight baby teeth by the age of eight, which is a great time for an orthodontist to take a first look. That is why we want to reward you for achieving this important milestone! Come into our office after losing your first eight baby teeth to get a free plush teddy bear, Smiles the Bear. He will be a great friend and always make you smile!

Twelve is Swell
The last twelve baby teeth are lost around the age of twelve. Once all of the permanent teeth are in, full orthodontic treatment can begin! We want to celebrate with you once you have lost all of your baby teeth. Visit us at our office after losing the last twelve baby teeth to get an Amazon gift card!

At Hulme Orthodontics, we believe that exceptional orthodontic care should be accessible and affordable for every patient. That’s why we offer flexible financial options and work with you to find a plan that fits your budget.
We are proud to accept nearly all out-of-network insurance plans and are in-network with select carriers. While we are not a Medicaid provider, we offer a courtesy discount for patients insured by Medicaid to help make treatment more affordable. Our team will also file insurance claims on your behalf and accept the assignment of insurance benefits, making the process as seamless as possible.
In addition to accepting cash, Visa/Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit, we offer interest-free, in-house financing with flexible payment plans that can even be extended beyond your estimated treatment time. Patients who pay in full may receive a discount of up to 10%. Plus, we offer the same pricing and financing options for Invisalign as we do for traditional braces.
To help families, we provide courtesy discounts for additional family members undergoing treatment. If you’ve had prior orthodontic treatment at another office, we also give credit toward your new treatment plan. Patients in need of re-treatment are eligible for special discounts as well.
For those seeking a second opinion, we’re happy to match pricing from other private practice orthodontists or consider written quotes from dentists or corporate providers. Additionally, we’re proud to offer discounts for military personnel, teachers, and first responders in appreciation of their service.
